Work Packages (WPs)

Three central project aims are tackled by a coordinated effort of eight work packages (rectangular boxes). The yellow and green WPs are mainly descriptive as they identify the needs for science-based concepts to improve food security and the greenhouse gas budget. The blue WPs are more practically orientated and focus on the details necessary to harmonise data, improve data quality, and establish routines of data sharing across EU and African countries. The red WPs work on a sustainable and affordable linkage between science and research on the one hand and regional capacity building and human capital development on the other hand.
